Do you provide breeding rights?

We do not sell breeding rights with puppies. All puppies leave on limited registration and co-ownerships. Limited registration may be “revoked” (opened) to full registration once the dog is fully health tested and titled and proven to be an asset to the breed.
What if I can’t keep my puppy?

All Warsong Dobermanns are contractually required to come back to us if they can not be kept by the puppy owner at ANY point in the dog’s life. We refuse to allow any of our dogs end up in shelters or rescues, we choose to bring these dogs into the world and we take their safety very seriously.
How do you place puppies with owners?

We complete multiple aptitude tests with our puppies, our detailed application and interview process shows us what you’re looking for, and our testing protocols help us determine if we have a good fit for you. Through these processes we can create a baseline for what you want and what you can handle in a dog and match you to the best fit based on what we see through testing temperament, drive, energy personality and the puppies’ other needs. We do not allow puppy buyers to pick their own puppy, that will never be an option, we do however allow experienced professionals (other breeders / accomplished trainers) to provide input in the selection process. Puppies change a lot as they get older and they could test differently by the hour or the day depending on their mood, when they last ate, when they last slept and how old they are. We know our puppies best and want to ensure that they go to the homes best suited for them.
Are your dogs "Euro”?

The term “Euro” is often used to describe eastern European show line dogs, these dogs are often oversized and hyper type and favor a molosser type of dog in phenotype. You’ll find our pedigrees are mostly comprised of western european working dogs, some western european show line dogs, some american show line dogs. We do not breed for big heads, massive chests or 100+ pound, heavy dogs. We value the medium sized build and athleticism that the doberman should have. Our priority always will lie in health and temperament first.
